If injured in an accident due to someone else's
negligence, do I need representation by an attorney?
Answer. Yes,
you need an expert to protect your rights for
the following:
1. Receive all medical attention
you need with no out of pocket cost.
2. Make sure your property
damage is repaired using factory guaranteed
parts, or if your vehicle is totaled it gets
replaced at Fair Market Value.
3. Compensation for pain and
suffering if there is any permanancy to your
injury.

If injured in an accident, should I go see my
family doctor?
Answer. No,
you need to see an injury specialist that can
properly diagnosis and treat your injuries,
like the physicians at SHCC.

insurance company myself without an attorney?

dealing with adjusters and insurance attorneys.
They usually can settle your case faster and
for as much as ten times more than you could
by yourself.

If I am at fault in an accident, will my automobile
insurance (PIP) cover my medical claims?
Answer. Yes,
Florida is a no-fault state. Regardless of who
is at fault in an accident, your Auto Insurance
will cover you for the medical claims up to
$10,000.

Will my insurance premium go up if I
am not at fault and go to a Doctor?
